Story
I'm Imogen and I'm five years old. Apart from the odd trim, my hair has otherwise never been cut and hangs below my waistline.
One day, when Mummy was brushing my hair, she told me how lucky I was to have beautiful, long hair and how there are some children who don't have any hair at all. I asked Mummy why and she said some children are poorly and because the medicine they take is very strong it makes their hair fall out.
I told Mummy I would like to give some of my hair to another girl or boy who doesn't have any. Mummy did a little research and found the Little Princess Trust who give free wigs to children and young adults made from the hair of donors. I would like to ask all of Mummy's and Daddy's friends to sponsor me (even if it's just a few pennies) to try and raise enough money to have a wig made (it costs around £500 to make a wig from donated hair).
On the 31st March, Jodie at Mirror Mirror Hair Boutique (Queens Road, Lowestoft) will be cutting at least twelve inches of my hair off so I can donate it to this awesome charity. Please help me raise as much as I can.
