Thanks for taking the time to visit the in memory page for Ivena Miller, beloved mother, sister, cousin and dear friend to many.  She will be greatly missed. She was a woman of great faith; putting her trust in God and her Lord Jesus Christ to the very end. 

Ivena dedicated her working life to the service of others: as a Psychiatric Nurse and later as a Ward Manager before she retired.  Her service to others continued at her Church, generously giving her time and talents to others.  

Her final thoughts continued to be focused on others, in particular the ill and disadvantaged.  Her wish was rather than for flowers to be sent to her funeral, that those who wish to honour her life will donate to the Sickle Cell Society in her memory.  A worthy cause that will help so many.
