Firstly thank you for viewing my page. 

20th August 2018 my dad (Big Al) could fight his disease no longer and sadly passed away. He had been diagnosed with COPD a number of years before but to slowly see him basically suffocating to death is something I will never forget and although he was THE strongest man I knew, even he admitted he was scared towards the end. 

Parents are supposed to live forever and not a day goes by where I don’t long for him to be there, sat in his chair with Mum. Never have I cycled 100 miles and currently I am nowhere near fit enough to either, but this is for Dad and I won’t fail him. 

I know times are tough but even the smallest amount will help the thousands of people who suffer with lung diseases.
