Story

I met Daren some 20 years ago when we worked at the same company, Rednet, in High Wycombe.

From the moment he saw you, you'd be greeted with a big grin and 'How you doing mate!"

Daren had many interests and was very technically minded.

He had a natural gift with the camera too. I was lucky enough to photograph alongside him at many international corporate events and weddings.

I recall one such event in Mexico a few years ago. We all arrived safely, however when we came to collect our luggage  Daren's was nowhere to be found. On further investigation, Daren's luggage had decided it wanted to visit China (or more accurately had accidentally been sent there!!) Always the true professional, Daren was not phased and carried on with the few possessions he had. The luggage appeared some four days later!

I was lucky enough to be one of the friends (along with Sarah Haskell and Emily Harrison) to photograph his amazing wedding to the beautiful Alison, just 3 years ago. It was such an amazing day in Bournemouth,

Bournemouth was one of his favorite places to visit with Alsion and 'Bongo' their amazing camper van.

He had a particular love of sport particularly swimming, running and cycling to name but a few.  This cycle ride by James Lee, Max Smith and I will be in August 2020 and is in memory of Daren and just one of his passions.

Please donate whatever you can in aid of Bowel and cancer research

Daren was one of the funniest most genuine friends you could have, a pleasure to work with and someone you could totally rely on. He lived and loved Alison, family and friends and life to the full. You are very missed.
