Poor mental health is a very real experience and sometimes a silent struggle for many who stand amongst us.

Dedicated to the inspiring memory of Mia, a friend we lost too soon from our world. 4 brothers from the South will take on the challenge of the Great North Run representing MIND in Mia’s name. Our ambition is to help create a world where everyone can have access to a safe place where they can always be supported in their darkest of moments. 

Your generosity means so much. Any contribution, however small, is hugely appreciated and can be life changing. We are proud to have the opportunity to support this incredible charity and look forward to completing the half marathon. 

We are doing this event in honor of Mia and in celebration of her 21st birthday (13th August).
