I'm taking on the December Daily Dash this year. I'm going to run, walk or jog 5k every day in December as part of a growing community of people around the world going the distance to raise funds for Sue Ryder and help them be there when it matters.When someone has been given a life-changing diagnosis or is bereaved, their world is turned upside-down, by taking part, I'm doing what I can to support people through terminal illness, neurological conditions or the loss of a loved one.In loving memory of my gorgeous friend Jude 😘
