This June, I’ll be taking on 100 miles for — through a mix of walking, running, and cycling. Over the years, I’ve struggled with my own mental health, and this challenge is about more than just fitness for me. It’s about rebuilding my physical health, improving my mindset, and proving to myself that small steps really do add up.
At the same time, I want to support a cause that helps so many people who are going through similar struggles. Mental health affects more people than we often realise, and even a simple check-in with a friend, family member, or yourself can make a huge difference.
