Just4Children need to raise funds for private physio and equipment at home for Harper after her Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) surgery to help her lead a fuller life.

So I am walking 50k for "Harper's cheeky legs". Harper is four-year-old and such a sweet little girl. She has Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy.

I did not know anything about Cerebral Palsy until I met this lovely cheerful little girl who describes herself as having"cheeky legs".
It is such a simple description of a hard and difficult life for a four-year-old little girl.

She is to have a major operation in February 2020 and her parents need to raise funds for intensive physiotherapy long term which is necessary for addition to that which will be provided by the NHS.
