On the 5th May 2019, members of the team at Industore will be digging out their trainers and jetting off to Belfast, not for beers (unfortunately!), but for the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon team relay event in support of the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity.

The charity is very close to the heart of our Managing Director, Ross Powell and his wife, Suzi Powell. Noah’s Ark Charity believe passionately that all children in Wales should get the best possible hospital care, and that’s exactly what they gave to their own twins, Lloyd and Lauren, four years ago when they spent the first weeks of their lives at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) being cared for by the ‘Angels in Scrubs’. It is with thanks to them, Suzi and Ross are blessed with perfectly healthy twins.

Ross Powell: "For my wife and I, the Noah’s Ark Hospital is simply the best children’s hospitals in the world. I will be attempting the relay alongside a strong and very competitive team, and through this challenge we are aiming to raise a total of £1,000 for this amazing cause."

Any donations you give would be gratefully received and will help support Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity provide the lifesaving care given to premature and critically ill babies on the NICU, and by working with the NHS, will continue to help children be children despite the difficulties they are facing.
