I am riding from the toe of Italy to the top to raise money
for the fantastic Stars Appeal helping Salisbury hospital.  They are currently raising a fund to enable
them to purchase a new MRI Scanner as the first is running at full capacity.  Having seen at first hand the wonderful things they have achieved in the past I was keen to help with this new campaign.

For me this is a challenge for my Gap year. I love Italy and
this is  a chance to see many of the places I have yet to
visit. Cycling is a major pursuit of mine and this project gives me the perfect opportunity to marry these twin passions.  I hope to complete the 2,000 Km trip with the added challenge of 25,000 metres of climbing in a month, in the spring of 2018.
