We at Initiative Property Management as part of our 10 year anniversary we are looking to complete a charity Skydive to support a local charity to Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas. 

Our charity of choice is the Lewis-Manning Hospice. We have chosen the Lewis-Manning Hospice as they are a local charity serving local residents to Bournemouth and Poole, providing vital care for local people with life-limiting illnesses.  There is also a more personal connection to the charity, after a team members mother was diagnosed with breast cancer; she was referred to The Lewis Manning-Hospice for treatment of Lymphoedema. It doesn't feel clinical in the way some hospitals can, which allows it to be a peaceful and relaxed environment - which is so important for any patient. Giving back to this charity, which receives minimal government funding, is the very least we can do.

In recent times the hospice has had to close several inpatient beds due to a lack of funding, hurting our community and limiting those in need of vital care at a difficult time in their life, making it more important now than ever to support the charity and the services it provides.
