Mum to myself, Harmeet and Surj, Grandma to Millie and Maya, Wife to my Dad, Kewal Singh Sehambi, our beautiful and eternally brave Mama Ji – Mrs Kamaljit Kaur Sehambi (Kay to her friends) the heart and soul of our family, passed away from complications caused by the Coronavirus, Saturday April 11th at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. As a family we are devastated and heartbroken with the loss of our Mum.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the amazing NHS Doctors and Nurses at Southmead Hospital in Bristol that did everything they could to save our Mum and cared for her during the last hours of her life. Mercifully she passed away with no pain and peacefully within a day of entering the hospital. All the Hospital staff treated her with utmost gentleness and compassion as if she was their own. As a family we know she was well looked after in her final moments before she slipped away from this world. We would also like to thank all the staff at Cossham Dialysis Unit that looked after our Mum for nearly 20 years, giving her many many years of life that she could spend with her family and so many friends that loved and cherished her. 

This is the reason we would like to raise as much money as we can to honour our Mum's memory for the Southmead Hospital Charity which was very close to her heart.
