This page is dedicated in memorium to Chas Burns who passed away on 5 July 2011. 

During his illness Chas received the highest level of care from the staff and consultants at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. For this reason as a family we have decided that Clatterbridge should be the benificaries of any donations made in Chas' memory. 

He will not only be missed by his family but also his many friends.

April 2012, Jayne Bell: 'My uncle Chas was a keen runner who even when diagnosed wiht cancer continued to run. He could even run two miles when the cancer had spread to his lungs! He was an amazing guy and a complete insperation to me and everyone he met. Chas Ran the Mersey Tunnel 10k on man occasion so I am following in his footsteps on the 10 June 2012 and running my first 10k. Please sponsor me whatever you can afford as the money will go towards The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre who helped Chas during his illness.'
