This year, Richard, James, Laura, Max, Stuart, David and Paul will all take part and would love your support, 13.1 miles is quite a distance!

There's some sibling rivalry between Rich and James on who'll get the quickest time so please show your support by donating what you can; make the hours of training and the hours of pain on the day worthwhile!
