It's with the greatest sadness that we lost the heart of Gran T's, we lost the foundation behind our success and we said goodbye to our queen. We said goodbye to Laura. Laura was not only my business partner, she wasn't only my right hand woman, she was my left hand. She was the heart, passion and ray of light that gave the life to what we all love about Gran T's.

She took so much pride in being the first positive and beaming welcome to everyone's morning and made sure that same love continued straight through until the end of the day. 

This wasn't a job for Laura, it was just Laura being Laura.

Laura could never do enough for anyone and no matter how crazy the shop was or whatever was happening, if you needed her ears she was there to listen.
From starting Gran T's 5 years ago, she has been my pillow of support, my punchbag and my shoulder to cry on through all the good and the bad, and I have no idea how I’m going to do this without her. 

Laura was a very private person who cracked on with things despite having her own things going on. Laura’s family have decided to raise money in Laura’s memory  for research into diabetes type 1 to help find a cause and help those diagnosed.
