Ward 26 at Heartlands Hospital is home to the West Midlands Cystic Fibrosis Unit, treating hundreds of patients with cystic fibrosis every year.

Nathan was a patient on Ward 26 from the age of 16 till the 24th November 2019 when he passed away, at just 23 years old. 

The ward is currently being refurbished, this really excited Nathan and he loved the time he got to spend in the new rooms. I’d like to keep fundraising to finish the rest of the ward and help patients feel more comfortable during long hospital stays.
