Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 20th October Innovation Cycling and Andy Jackson will aim to have Andy ride on the online virtual Zwift platform for 24hours covering 1000km.  Riders from around the world will join Andy virtually for support and to also cover some distance.

Andy Jackson is the current UMCA 6 hour World champion making the average pace required for this of 40kph (25mph) challenging yet possible.

Innovation Cycling  - Kyle Augustin and team will be online riding with Andy the entire time supporting with this fantastic challenge.

This challenge is to ride for children who may not through this disability have the chance to ride a bike. The daily challenges children with this disability face are huge so any help we can provide through feeling 24 hours of discomfort is nothing compared to the challenges they face in their life time.

Imagine not being able to do everything we take for granted

- walking somewhere

- having a conversation

- riding a bike

- being a child and having fun

Now imagine assisting an event the supports a charity Cerebra providing Innovation so these children may have the opportunity to do these activities and to have the opportunities that most of us have.

Speaking as a parent of a child with Cerebral palsy, these children are amazing and deserve a chance, so lets try to give them one.

So support us in any way possible

- make a donation and guess Andy's end mileage

- login to Zwift at 8pm on the 20th and join the event

- spread the word
