I'm running in the Insurance United Against Dementia 5k on 15th September. It's a good run for your money, even if it's only 5k, because the cause is so fantastic. And when I'm not running, I get around using my senior travel card, and am running out of interventions for ageing hips and knees, so this will be hard enough for me!  Any amount you can spare will make a difference....
