Team Intrepid are walking and/or running for 2 weeks in January to raise money for Hectors House. Intrepid will donate at £1 for each KM!  If you would like to sponosr the team any extra donation will be much appreciated!

Lets start 2022 getting those Km's in and getting that much needed fresh air. 

Hector Stringer took his life at the tender age of 18. He didn't realise that things can and do get better and he didn't reach out to his friends and family to ask for help when he needed it most. We believe that suicide can be prevented, if we all realise that mental health is fluid, that you can get help, you are not alone, people do care. We are raising money so that hopefully, we can prevent suicide, though increased awareness, education and support.
