I have been doing Sober October in honour of my big brother Carl. Last year my incredible, inspirational brother died, leaving a giant hole in all our hearts and an even bigger hole in our lives. 

A number of things contributed to his death so I have set up 3 Just Giving pages to raise money for a few of those causes, including heart disease, depression and obesity. He left this world with a broken heart in more ways than one. 

Many people have experienced at least one of the things that Carl suffered from at some point in their lives.  

There's nothing I can do to help him now but I can try and help others in his situation. Sending so much love to anyone who has ever lost anyone and to all of those who donate.
