Thank you for supporting my fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

I am taking part in the 2023 Edinburgh Marathon to support this charity in honour of my mum. She was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2012 and undertook a mastectomy and chemotherapy treatment to fight the cancer. After winning this battle, she was then diagnosed with uterus cancer in 2021. Fortunately, she beat cancer for a second time after receiving a full hysterectomy and the removal of her ovaries and fallopian tubes. The resilience of my mum throughout her cancer journeys inspired me to take part in the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday 28th May 2023.
