This year IOR is doing a series of events to raise money for Mind.

As part of that, a group of us have signed up to run Richmond Runfest's 10km race around Kew Gardens. Some of the team are seasoned runners and others are new to the sport. Any contribution that you can make to keep us motivated and benefit this fantastic charity would be greatly appreciated!
