My FATHER has been struck by Dementia.  Many of my closest group of friends have close family members that have also been struck by Dementia, maybe you know people too?  Read the statistics of those affected now and in future STATS  

ALZHEIMER'S SOCIETY is helping with research, awareness, support for families/carers and those that are sick. 

 

Raising Money - TARGET =  £3500

 

I will run the BUPA Great North Run (World's Largest Half Marathon - Alzheimer's is Bupa's nominated charity for 2011 Great Run Series)  in Sept 2011.

This was my first and errr last half marathon nearly HALF my life ago, 19yrs of age and in a time of 1hr 45mins. Can I beat it with my zimmer frame......?

I will also run 2 Offroad 10kms in National Forests May 2011. NOW COMPLETED! 53.10 mins and 48.10

MALTA DIVING PANTS - (Raised = £0 Target = £200) Last dive holiday involved the stashing in other's kit of 'the dive pants', they are XL knickers, support will be needed to keep them on! 

FACEBOOK PROFILE - (TARGET REACHED! = £200) New profile picture on my facebook until race day. Only when forfeit target reached!
