It believes that the continued development of Africa, and its citizens is vital to the successful future of all nations and is therefore devoted to make a positive lasting change in the life and livelihood status of the African communities in Africa and UK.

Story

Since the outbreak of the current conflict in Yemen, Somalia has received thousands of refugees and returnees from Yemen. Fleeing war and violence they are using unsafe fishing boats, in a too risky voyage across the world's most crowded waterway to reach safety. Many of those fleeing are vulnerable groups such as elderly, women and children.

With limited resources, Somalia is currently providing reception and essential relief items to refugees and returnees. However, Somalia is not able to single-handedly cope with the scale and scope of this ensuing humanitarian crisis.

African Development Trust are committed to provide urgent and immediate humanitarian support to the civilians fleeing the conflict in Yemen and arriving in Somalia.

This can only be possible with you generous donation and support.
