Story
A couple of my friends at our Scottish Country dancing class told me they were going to walk on the wing of a biplane flying at 140mph to raise money for the Highland Hospice.
Since long walks with my dog or a good murder mystery thriller are about as racy as I get these days I threw caution to the wind and said I would join them!
On Tuesday 19th September we will all face our fears to raise cash for the Hospice to help them continue to provide much needed palliative care in our community. The Hospice rely on donations for all their funds and I think getting a wee bit spooked for that cause is the least I can do.
As one of my friends said to me recently…..“At our age, you have to take a few risks and get the blood pumping….” That’s certainly a sentiment my Scottish Country Dancing class would agree with!
Please donate as much as you can to this worthwhile cause and help me beat my fundraising target.
Thank you for your support,
Irene x
