On Monday September 6th my mother Philomena and sisters Rachel, Siobhan and Niamh will be taking part in the annual Irish Cancer Society Night walk in support of Irish Cancer Society Night Nurses. The Irish Cancer Society Night Nursing service provides end of life care for cancer patients, allowing them to pass away at home surrounded by family and loved ones. My mother, sisters and I will be doing this walk together in memory of beloved husband and father Seamus Hughes.
