It’s been a thought we have had for a while… I have decided to ride the North Coast 500 for the SANDS charity (Still Born and Neonatal deaths Charity). On the 1^st of March 2015 some close friends of ours, lost their baby. I know how much SANDS helped, not necessarily repair, I don’t think anyone can repair from that, but certainly helped to rebuild theirlives. I also read the documents and found SANDS very helpful. I learnt something from this experience, simply how precious life is and how human love, support and protection’s is something more than special, watching their pain at the funeral was something I will never forget. I was privileged to be with them. Myself and Gary don’t always see much of these friends, life is busy but this journey on the NorthCoast500 will be in honour of a boy that will not be forgotten – ‘Biking for Bjorn’.
