On the 16th of November at the Lion Quays Resort in Shropshire I will be attempting an indoor double iron man challenge to raise money for Alzheimer's research UK.
The aim is to complete two ironman distance triathlons within 24 hours by using a pool, a spin bike, and a non motorised treadmill.
