Recently, as you may know, 200 Palestinian families are being forced out of their homes in Sheikh Jarrah by the Israelis. This is because the Israelis want to rule the whole land to strengthen their hold over Jerusalem, where Palestinians are denied equal rights. 

On the last (Jummah) Friday of Ramadan, Israeli forces were shooting rubber bullets and stun grenades at Palestinians inside Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem, the third holiest site in Islam, injuring many of the people in Palestine whilst they were praying.

We need to help our Muslim brothers and sisters! Together we can raise money for the emergency aid to help them in this crisis.

Over the past 3 years, we have been able to support families and children living in Palestine with your help. This Ramadan, Road to Freedom will again be raising funds for Palestine, sending aid into Beit Lahia, inside the Gaza Strip.Tensions are high in Gaza with innocent civilians bearing the brunt of the illegal occupation. Israel controls all entry and exit points to the West Bank and most of the coastal and land boundaries of the Gaza Strip. Until recently, vaccine doses have been blocked from entering the besieged Gaza Strip. This, as well as the ongoing blockade preventing the inflow of fuel, medicine, and all other basic goods has meant that at the beginning of such a holy month, those who want to spend their time preparing for the month of fasting are instead having to face so much suffering. With this aid, we hope to ease this suffering as much as we can.
