Story
Last year I was diagnosed with a tumor, and after some Covid-related hold-ups, was admitted to the Ulster Hospital in June, as an emergency admission. I was in hospital almost a month, but thankfully, all indications are that the surgery was successful, and my Consultant is very pleased with my progress.
I was encouraged to go walking when I got home, to build strength and assist recovery. This became quite a habit, and eight months later, I still go walking most days. The million steps challenge seemed rather appropriate, but above all, should be achievable.
