On the 20th May myself and a few friends will be taking part in  the Tough Mudder Midlands to help raise as much money as possible and Awareness for Fragile X Syndrome which is a condition my friends older brother has. The Fragile X Society UK is a charity that helps many people like his brother and is a great support to families trying to cope with understanding the condition. I'd be so thankful for anyone donation, big or small as it all adds up and goes to a fantastic cause !! thank you X
