Isaac and I are veterans of the Capital to Coast.  However in the past we have done both the 30 mile and 60 mile rides with Isaac on the trailer bike.  This year we are undertaking a new challenge.  Isaac will cycle the 30 mile ride from Hayward's Heath to Hove under his own steam!  We do hope you can sponsor him as this ride supports very worthy charities with a strong focus on children.

In addition your sponsorship is also on behalf of Jed who also achieved a first this year when he became a fully fledged member of the Virchis cycling fraternity by cycling the 10 mile Norwood Junior Bike Ride by himself (of course with the rest of his family by his side on their bikes  and Hettie on the trailer).
