I have worked at Single Homeless Project since September 2020 and am able to see the amazing work that they do to support those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across London. SHP has a multi-dimensional and forward thinking approach to tackling homelessness and have exceptional values which underpin the work that we do. SHP sees people not problems and strives to meet clients where they are and work together to improve individuals lives.

SHP are a London-wide charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives. Each day across all 32 London boroughs, we staff work with individuals to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness, such as poor mental health or drug and alcohol dependency. From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 8,000 lives every year.

I've decided to run my first marathon in Chester in October and couldn't be more proud to run it in support of SHP. I'm blessed to work for an organization that believes in the individuals we work with and hope that you can support SHP.
