I am  supporting Shooting Star Children's Hospices, an incredible organisation that cares for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.They support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.Their bespoke support is free of charge to families and includes a comprehensive range of therapies and support groups for the whole family, specialist nursing care and respite, symptom management, end-of-life care and bereavement support.It costs £8.8 million a year to maintain their current level of care and just 8% of that income comes from central government funding, so they rely on our supporters generosity to keep the service running.Help me to help them and give whatever you can to help this charity do the wonderful work that they do.
