This is a charity which is very close to my heart as I have watched my own family and some of my close friends suffer with mental health issues and it is a very distressing situation and to watch them suffer was painful for them and everyone around them.  I am taking part in this Fortitude Challenge as I wanted to make people aware of this charity.   It's very often a subject that people who are suffering are too worried or scared to speak up and talk about and share how they are feeling.  It has given me the opportunity to talk to my customers when they come ibto the branch.  1 and 4 people in the UK will suffer with mental health issues and I wanted to raise money for this charity.  I am looking forward to climbing Ben Nevis and sharing my experience with the other staff members taking part in this challenge with me
