Since graduating from university, the creative arts have been on my heart. As I have explored them, I have discovered the potential they have to bring freedom, empowerment and to build relationships with others. I soon got involved with Talitha and have been on the Dementia team, bringing Talitha workshops to care homes and seeing their beautiful and significant impact as they bring worth and value to lives. I want to walk 7k and look a little ridiculous to encourage people to support Talitha and it's amazingly unique work which brings a glimmer of hope into the lives of those who need it most!
