Story
Jerome is a 6 year old boy who lives in Manchester who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Jerome is a very happy, fun loving, sociable boy who is full of life and loves the outdoors. Jerome's quality of life is severely affected by limited mobility and painful muscle spasms. Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) surgery has been recommended for Jerome as a solution for the difficulties that he is experiencing.
Some team members of N.P.T Social Services, Route 16 Team and some of their family members are taking part in a Pen Y Fan mountain hike on the 8th of June 2019 to raise funds to contribute towards funding this surgery and rehabilitation costs.
