I have been baking and selling cookies to support this amazing charity for a while but on Friday 23nd December I have been given the fantastic opportunity to sell them @ Nick Rivett Sport in Hove. For many of us Christmas is the season to be jolly and get
together with family and friends. But for some, it can feel quite different. More than 100 children are bereaved of a parent every day in the UK, that’s around 41,000 every single year. Last year, Winston’s wish supported an estimated 22,778 children and young people after the death of a parent or sibling. This is a devastating situation for a child, but with the right support at the right time, delivered in the right way, we know they can go on to lead full and flourishing lives.
