Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2011, I found out that I had contracted Keratoconus. This is an eye disease that affects the structure of the cornea, resulting in loss of vision. Keratoconus occurs in approximately one in 2,000 individuals. Moorfields Eye hospital have been assisting me and have supported me throughout my journey. I am still receiving treatment from Moorfields to help make my eye better.
I am fundraising for Moorfields Eye charity because they fund world-leading eye research, education and care to make a difference to the lives of people with sight loss.
To support Moorfields Eye charity, I will be taking part in a 26mile Winter Walk Marathon challenge in London (UK), on 29th January 2022. Please support this fantastic cause that helps and supports people with eye loss and eye conditions.
