We will be running a half marathon in memory of Ava's sister, Beth, who died tragically aged 25 on 20th August 2022 from septic shock. We gather around Ava to feel with her, but can never know the deepest loss she experiences every day, so to run, move and use the energy and life we have to our greatest ability only seems right. 

The support, resources and education Sepsis Trust offers to clinicians, the friends and family of those affected by Sepsis is a noble task, one that deserves attention and further backing from anyone who can afford to donate.
