NASOC proudly presents its first-ever charity challenges in collaboration with Islamic Relief Ireland to raise funds to provide 800 primary school children in Tunisia with educational and recreational support for an entire academic year.

Story

The North African Society proudly presents its first ever charity challenge. This year we are doing a skydiving challenge in collaboration with Islamic Relief Ireland in order to raise funds to provide 800 primary school children from 4 different schools in Tunisia with educational and recreational support for an entire academic year. This will include providing an attractive learning environment for children. The project will focus on providing children with reading materials, participation in clubs and competitions and extracurricular activities through the provision of intellectual games. Islamic Relief is investing in education in Tunisia as part of a plan to build hope and ambition among young people. The project, run alongside the governments strategy to improve education, will build the capacity of schools and libraries in Medenine governorate, in south eastern Tunisia.
