A couple of years ago I lost my brilliant Dad to a massive stroke - quite simply, I'd like to raise some money for the Stroke Association so that they can continue their research into saving lives, preventing stroke & ensuring that people make the best recovery they can.

I'm not allowed to run anymore cuz of my recently diagnosed arthritis, so i thought doing a speed-walk was better than nothing!

Any contribution will be very gratefully received & will help the Stroke Association keep doing the brilliant work they do
