I hadn't heard much about the cruel disease that is Parkinson's, until a friend lost her mum to it, and then it reared its ugly head in my family too.  My beloved dad has struggled with this illness for a few years now, and it pains us all to see the impact it has made on his life.  

It would mean so much if I could reach my target goal of raising £350 (update: as £350 was raised on day one, the target has been increased.  Thank you).  I'm going to train incredibly hard for this and give maximum effort to every penny you donate.  Thank you very much in advance!
