Story

Thank you so much for visiting our Just Giving page! This year we both wanted to do a running/walking challenge! As Issy has now moved to Brittany in France which is approximately 885 km (549.914 miles) from her hometown Bishop Stortford, we have decided to each run/walk half of this distance each (442.5 km) … in 3 months. We will be starting the challenge from February 1st!

The charity we have chosen to donate to is called Panthera and is a charity which devotes itself to the protection of the Earth’s 40 species of wild cats, as well as their habitats. 16 of these species which are considered vulnerable/endangered. Their team focuses on creating and developing strategies that aim to fight against the threats which the wild cats face.
