Story

Forgotten. Forsaken. Erased

Cholera, malnutrition

and COVID-19 devastate Yemen

Millions of people across Yemen need aid and protection as the country’s half-decade civil war continues unabated, prompting the hashtag

#YemenCantBreathe

 on social media. AL Jazeera

I am personally fasting for 2 months as a challenge and to raise funds for human appeal related project "orphan project" as due to the Emergency in Yemen pushing everyone to support  through funding and signing  petition and writing to your MP.

Seeing the devastation in Yemen, I have decided to raise funds for the desperate people of Yemen and have partnered with Human Appeal UK who have been on the ground in Yemen delivering aid for the last 6 years. I Invite you to join me in my campaign to support (include no of families based on £100 price handle) with emergency aid for the men, women, and children of Yemen desperate right now for a lifeline.

As international aid is cut and health care systems all but collapse, Yemen stands on the brink of obliteration.

I URGE YOU TO DONATE BUT ALSO TO WRITE TO YOUR MP AND SIGN PETITIONS

UK INVOLVEMENT IS HUGE AND SHOULD BE ACCOUNTED FOR IT SO RIGHT TO YOUR MP AND BE HEARD

Britain ‘broke own rules’ by failing to inspect factories making bombs for Saudi Arabia’s war in Yemen

BAE was among a number of arms giants named in a complaint filed with the International Criminal Court in December accusing the company of being party to Saudi Arabia’s alleged war crimes. Activists claimed last month that, despite the 2019 embargo, Britain continues to export weapons to Saudi Arabia.

For six long, brutal years, deadly clashes in the war in Yemen has left tens of thousands dead and over two million people displaced. 24 million people are in desperate need of humanitarian assistance. 12 million of those are children and right now every 10 minutes a child is dying in Yemen from cholera and malnutrition.

The country has been wracked by the worst famine in a century, widespread cholera, and the most urgent humanitarian crisis in the world. To make it worse COVID-19 is sweeping through Yemen killing 1 in 5 people and half the population is predicted to contract the virus.

THE CLOCK IS TICKING

“And whoever saves one life, it is as if they had saved mankind entirely” (Al Qur’an 5:32)
