On Thursday 23 June 2016 I'm walking the length of the Itchen River in Hampshire from Southampton Water to the source at Cheriton (approx 30 miles).

I'm raising money for the Dogs Trust's 'Hope Project' - a charity scheme that helps dogs whose owners are homeless or experiencing a housing crisis.
