Women's Aid provide confidential support, information and emergency accommodation for women and children affected by domestic violence as well as educational campaigning to tackle and prevent it.



Domestic violence can happen to ANYONE.  It affects children and families in your town and on your street. The work this charity does is 24/7 and they provide an absolutely vital service that is saving lives every day. 



Right now funding is at an all time low and need is at an all time high. 



Yes it's pretty scary jumping into ice cold water first thing in the morning, but I can do it. I know the freedom and the supportive community that allows me to be able to step out past my fear is a luxury that many people don't have. I lived in fear and isolation myself in the past and I know that there are people out there still trapped in that place, so my aim is to hopefully raise awareness for Women's Aid & give some support back to those who are supporting the most vulnerable in our community.
