Story

Who can? Team CAN!

2020 royally messed this up, but we (Charlie and Anna) are back on the challenge for 2021 and have recruited Nina to join us, making us Team CAN!

Money already raised still counts

Thank you to those who donated already – that money raised counts to our overall total.

So, Charlie's thank yous: Stacey, Dad & Martha, Jacqui, Bob & Diane,
Nina (I'll sponsor you back now!) Gee & Max and Andrew & Liz.

Anna's thank yous: Uncle Id, Ben, Gareth, Amar, Esme and a whole bunch of
anonymous (you know who you are!)

Still got a way to go

If we are asked what our plans for this 100km hike is, we'll summit up nicely.

We have decided to do the 100km non-stop rather than camp as you can't run through a camp ground. You can only ran, as it's past tents.

On one of our training walks we walked past a farm, we saw a sign that said: 'Duck, eggs'. I thought: "That's a funny place for a comma" -then it hit me.

Anywho, we are going to walk a continuous 100km from London to Brighton for Age UK Lambeth. We are going to aim for 25hours, but seeing as none of us have done a challenge like this before, who knows. Either way, it is all in aid of raising money for a very worthwhile charity and then celebrating, not only our achievement, but the lovely Anna's 23rd 24th birthday - which are two great reasons to drink on a Sunday.

Never Go Hiking With The Proclaimers. It’s Really F**King Tiring.
