Our Trust's teams make a positive difference, each and every day. The people who use our services are often colleagues, neighbours and friends. Our close-knit community makes being part of the Island’s NHS a unique privilege. Our charity is here to support all of our patients and staff.

Story

Thank you for visiting our page.

The Chemotherapy Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital was opened on the 6 October 2006 by Professor Mike Richards, the National Cancer Director, and is provided through a partnership between the IOW NHS Trust, the Wessex Cancer Trust and the Kit Hobday Appeal, together with the charitable funds donated to the Chemotherapy Unit by the public.

The Staff on the Chemotherapy Unit are highly dedicated and committed to providing a high quality service for patients on the Isle of Wight. Our role is to care and support patients and their families through any challenges that they may encounter while undergoing treatment in our care.

All your monies will go directly towards benefiting the Chemotherapy Unit, in updating equipment and enhancing the environment we have created for our patients and relatives to ensure they feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Thank you for your continued support.
