I am fundraising on behalf of the Mindstep Foundation which was set up in memory of my friend Max Davies following his death by suicide. Suicide is an issue very close to my heart having watched my father’s mental health decline and his suicide nearly 5 years ago. Since my father’s suicide I have also lost my cousin Aoife Crowley, and friends Adam Morgan and Max Davies to suicide.

This is a huge issue and not enough is known about mental health and suicide prevention which is the essential research funded by the Mindstep foundation.

I will be doing Ironman Wales on the 11^th of September in memory of my Father, I would be very grateful of any donations to support a better understanding of suicide!

All donations will go to the suicide prevention research team at the university of Glasgow.
